At last nights meeting we talked a little about "Under Armor",Silk and tech fabrics. There are other, and more inexpensive options. I found Sears Essentials is having a Clarence on "Norditrac" brand Polyester work out clothing. Some of this is very similar to Under Armor and the prices are in the $10 to $20 range for most tops. Look at the tags when buying any tech type clothing. There should be no cotton in the blend and look for the phrase "moister wicking" Most of your Sports Authorities stores and EMS stores are running sales. Even Marshals has been a source for tech clothing. On another front. Check out "firstaidstore.com" if you are in the market for your first aid kit. They have a vast selection of prices and kits. They also sell CERT material. If anybody has located any interesting or helpful insights on gear or supplies, post here.

Cool Rich, I've heard all sorts of great stuff about these types of clothing. My father uses something similiar for diving, but it's the same thing if you buy it at a dive shop it's 4times the cost

Rich, Why does Under Armor always show their products on muscular men and women with no bulges around the mid section other than a ripple of abdominal muscle? Rather intimidating for an older type person. Eh? Wayne <><

On another note. Would anybody be interested in purchasing ALERT (Baseball) hats? It would be similar Wayne's blue cap with ALERT in 1''white embroidered on front and we could have "londonderryalert.org" on back above the adjustment cut out in 1/4'' white. This would probably be $13 to $15 if we could promise Kim 20 min. If interested, sound out and I can get the ball rolling. Hey,maybe for $100 or greater donation we could give these out. (They would be different color).
